Recently the main switch of the house needed replacement due to age and likely some water getting into the outside power box. While this is not a major piece of work in itself, dealing with High Wire, and Jake in particular, has been a … More real pleasure and as smooth of an experience as it can be from the moment he picked up the phone when I first called - super good communication, flexible with the schedule which eased the coordination with Vector (disconnect and reconnect the mains to the house), and very friendly as well. Based on this, I won't think twice to call him again when I need a sparky next time. Highly recommended!
