After having such a great experience with Mike from Absolute Plumbing, I asked him who he would recommend for electrical work. I wanted someone who could offer the same value for money, deep knowledge of their trade, quality workmanship… More and genuinely good people to deal with.
Mike recommended High Wire Electrical, gave me the office manager’s name, and even forwarded my email directly to them. The communication and introduction were exceptional from the outset.
The initial appointment was arranged seamlessly. Jake came out to assess the installation of two bathroom heating units and was fantastic. He was easy-going, took the time to fully understand what I needed, made thoughtful recommendations based on the layout and configuration of my home, and offered alternative options that I had not considered.
The office then sent through a detailed quotation that was very easy to understand and accept online. Booking the installation was just as straightforward.
AJ and Isaac completed the installation and were both excellent. They were thorough, highly skilled and communicated clearly throughout the job. Access to my ceiling space is small and far from ideal, but they handled it without complaint and took great care while running the required cabling.
I had also asked for some insight into a few items in the ceiling space. AJ was incredibly accommodating, taking photos of areas that had previously been worked on and even correcting issues left behind by another service provider, including insulation that had been moved and not returned to the correct position.
Both AJ and Isaac showed real pride in their work. They were also fantastic with my overly enthusiastic dog, who quickly settled in around them.
Every person I dealt with, from the office team through to Jake, AJ and Isaac, was an absolute ambassador for the business. I will definitely contact High Wire Electrical again and could not recommend them highly enough.

Great service by Josh. Installed replacement shower fan, powerpoint for outside lights, pantry sensor light and solved why our oven wasn’t working properly. Nothing like an element in 10 pieces.
